The baggage area at the Honolulu Airport is within 150 feet of the curb. Taxi and shuttle service is available. The shuttle bus to the Waikiki costs about $8.00 per person. It is cheaper than a taxi. However, if you have 4 people in your group, it is cheaper to take a taxi. Taxi fares to Waikiki run about $25.00 - $35.00 depending on which end of Waikiki your hotel is on. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to get from the airport to Waikiki.

When making a reservation for a limo pickup at the airport we need all of your flight information and a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. Your card is not charged. Please pay the driver in cash.

Limo drivers are not allowed to go into the baggage claim area. The driver has to meet you as you come out of the baggage claim area. The driver can also provide a lei greeting. Leis's provided by the limo driver cost $10.00 each. Cost of a limo pickup at the airport is $70.00 for a 9 passenger limo. Some visitors like to rent a car at the airport. This involves catching the rental car shuttle which will take you and your bags to the rental car company. Another alternative is to make getting to your hotel room and getting a good nights sleep a priority and renting a car the next day.
